server info not propagated or group reconnection problem #279

Check cwtch on android and all my groups were offline but in the server pane it said i was conencted to all the servers, so one of:

  • server offline info isnt getting to the server pane (unlikely)
  • groups arent hearing about server's coming back from a disconnection and retry isn't firing right (both resync group should happen on reconnect to server and reconnect pluging should be prompting this) (more likely)

i think its an android resume problem.
