Improve Android Service Information in UI #522

Under the new Debug section in Settings we should include information about the Android Service and related channels in the UI e.g. if they are active or not, uptime, current ID etc.

This will help both debugging, and those APIs can be repurposed for restarting / reinitializing the service when necessary (instead of hard-closing the entire app, which can cause other issues).
