This API will be shared by Cwtch, libCwtch-go and libcwtch-rs.

Goals:

  • No special functionality in libcwtch-go, all experiments, and necessary definitions should be moved into Cwtch, or into the UI.

  • Should be possible to build extensions to core cwtch logic in Rust (by e.g. officially defining "hooks" in Cwtch Peer as proposed in the old Group Management PR)

Next Step: Release API 1-pager.
