This is an experiment-artifact. File shares now require a .active key to be considered valid. Older file shares did not have this key set.

This behaviour has been in place since June 2022, so only profile images set before that date would have this issue.

When we move profile images into Cwtch as a defined functionality we should include checks to make sure shared images are accurate.
