Noticed with OP Desktop on 1.10: lost connection to servers, Tor restarting did not work, needed to shutdown before connections came back.

testing:
-enabled debugt

  • spin up local server
  • add to peer
  • kill local server
  • restart local server
  • watch messages flow from engine -> contactRetry and make sure it's performing retries properly

Pretty sure this was related to new group connections not triggering an auto retry. Closing. Also improvements to contact retry likely fixed other edgecases. Can reopen if we notice this again.
