Slowness Setting Up Group Send Channels #232

While the group is syncing in the fetch channel we are failing to send new messages.

This is now surfaced in the UI - to reproduce simple start up Cwtch, wait for the server connection to turn green and then send a message - it will fail with the error "channel is not set up"

Once the group is synced, there are no issues.

I'm not entirely sure why this channel setup is failing. It could be a thread contention issue- will look more into this tomorrow.

Tapir Server Connections and the new protocol engine have solved this.
