Please consider making Appimage releases so stable dsitros can deploy cwtch with all its dependencies without requiring a build environment, enabling backports and so on.

We have packaged releases for the UI (see: https://build.openprivacy.ca/files/) but not Appimages, I've opened up cwtch.im/ui#307 to track that and it is likely something we will look into implementing prior to the upcoming beta launch.
