Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
how come you moved the torrc logic to app? seems like it would be likewise useful to server?
Because I didn't want the unit test to cobble the user version of the cwtch profile. Servers should have their own config settings separate from users, so it made sense to keep them apart.
Add to tests.sh and then merge!
