Delete Branch "identity"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Fixes a minor issue where a remote might attempt to authenticate using a different public key than their onion address.
Also adds an integration test to test this usecase.
