Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
this is hard cus the password verification is just trying to decrypt/load the file in cwtch/storage and succeeding/failing. we don't have any good way to do this currently, tho I guess we could just replicate that...
