Flow:

Alice and Bob are 2 peers who don't know each other.
Alice adds Bob as a contact and then sends a message.
Bob receives a request to add Alice as a contact.
Alice's first message is lost, but subsequent message flow is fine.

Bob never receives the message, Alice will have the message remain unacknowledged.

This should be a simple fix, mostly in Cwtch rather than the UI.
