The beginings of full profile management:

  • profile manager pane
  • ability to populate and select unlocked profiles
  • ability to go back to this pane and select a different profile
  • ability to unlock more non default profiles
  • Also fixing issues on switching profiles and maintaining ui state
    around contact ordering and unread count (#237)

Additional features like profile adding and editing should and will be in a future PR

I was able to test with multiple profiles because a bug I fixed in this PR created a few extra empty default ones for me... :D
