Closing the app leaves a background process running called A new Flutter project. (2), and also a seperate process called tor.exe. This interfered with deleting the /.cwtch/ folder, as it was still being used by some processes after closing the program.

Build cwtch-v0.0.1-303-g0500773 on Windows 10 (Home Version 2004 Build 19041.985)
