Windows - Weird scroll bar on group invite #140

One of the invites FuzzBot sent after an invite-me request had a scrollbar on the side of the message. When used it scrolled the contents of the message out of view and then couldn't be changed - using the mousewheel worked fine, only clicking the bar messed it up. Unfortunately I lost the message and have not been able to find another that did it since.

This was on cwtch-v0.0.1-295-g564867d, and I have not been able to replicate it on that build or later ones.

Windows 10 (Home Version 2004 Build 19041.985)
