add application integration test: (#42)

- start two peers alice, bob
- make alice requests contact with bob
- they send messages
- they shutdown
- verify (and fix) no threads leaked
- verify messages
- add inbound connection handler to chatChannelHandler
- add Open and AcceptAllContactHandler to application
