Add distribution via Flatpak #261

Fedora Silverblue and Kinoite both have Flatpak as the primary way of installing apps. Librem 5, a Linux smartphone, also has Flatpak as the primary way apps are installed. Other notable contributors to the Linux ecosystem like KDE have also started distributing on FlatHub via Flatpak. In short, having a Flatpak manifest on FlatHub would help with Linux adoption, particularly for OS that use that as the primary means of installing apps.

The Flatpak manifest should be posted onto FlatHub so package managers can more easily find cwtch. The documentation to do so can be found here: https://github.com/flathub/flathub/wiki/App-Submission

We are a little lacking on the linux packaging, I think we'll be looking at .deb and .rpm first tho, but getting that sorted might make doing a flatpak easier after
