When the language is set to German and odd behavior occurs in the Android app.

The text for the variables "notificationPolicySettingLabel" and "notificationPolicySettingDescription" is then shown in the settings vertically and not horizontally like all texts for for the other variables.

This only happens in the Android app, in the Linux and Windows apps the text is shown correctly horizontally.

When the language selection is set to English the text for these two variables is shown horizontally.
