Android app losses Battery optimize permisions after crash #511

I noticed that the switch "Android ignore battery optimization" is always switched of after every reboot of the phone. When the app is correctly shutdown from inside the app and then restarted (without a reboot of the phone) the switch remains on.
Is there a possibility to get it persistent even after a reboot? 

suspicion is that for some reason on crash the permision is being removed

adjust code to check settings each load and check permisions and if mis matched, reask
