Hi, haven't been able to test this out for the moment, being on MacOs, but would like to know whether there's any censorship-circumvention bootstrapping possible with cwtch, i.e. the ability to choose either meek, obfs4 or snowflake bridges for people behind a DPI firewall...

In theory yes, right now it isn't exposed in the front end though - Cwtch constructs it's own torrc (https://git.openprivacy.ca/cwtch.im/libcwtch-go/src/branch/trunk/lib.go#L125) and so we do plan to expose some global tor settings options (like bridges, and transports) in the near future.
