New connection leak code kicked in in latest nightly:

2023/08/02 10:01:16 plugins/contactRetry.go [ERR ] had to manually set peer connection-q94ccxy6faodOg== of profile ****** to DISCONNECTED due to assumed circuit timeout (240) second"

where ****** was a server onion. This indicates a small connection/connecting leak somewhere in the server connecting handling code (likely not properly catching a timeout)
