use reports that overnight frontend was killed by android but backend generated notifications of new messages, and clicking on them did not "work"

  • ideally the notifications would be able to restart cwtch and deliver their payload

will need some android-fu

even the latest builds do disappear ( probably gets killed)
LineageOS 20 (Android 13) even with "android ignore battery optimization"
Also during the days it disappears when it is not used for several hours. 

nope as far as I remember that did not work, clicking on the notification when it had been killed. I had to restart the client manually to see the message.
