now that tor project publishes tor builds directly at https://www.torproject.org/download/tor/

We should have a script that grabs the latest and deploys it to the appropriate places in our repos

Curious about this as I'll be trying to sort this for the terminal client soonish. Was going to copy/pasta https://git.openprivacy.ca/cwtch.im/cwtch-ui/src/branch/trunk/fetch-tor.sh unless you're going to be adapting that and/or changing the approach?
