This is part 1 of the new storage engine, just profile storage.

Timelines will be a separate PR

In this, you can create a new profile store, and init it with a name, or load it. It listens on the eventbus it is given for changes and saves on changes.

App needs a rework to give profilestore and cwtch peers unique event busses

This also broke most of cwtchutil. Commented out for now until we have time to revist
