  • Fix onion-grater profile indentation;
  • Show how to open the firewall ports;
  • All the variables must be used, they are not optional - I couldn't make the host 127.0.0.1 work correctly on Whonix after the onion-grater support for it in the pattern, it needs to bind externally.

I don't think the documentation should hold the onion-grater profile, it should only link to cwtch-whonix.yml, no code duplication.

It is better for Whonix to also package the onion-grater profile.
Therefore, users don't need to copy anything to the Gateway, they can simply run sudo onion-grater-add 40_cwtch.
