i was having connectivity problems with the official cwtch server so i spun a temporary one up on a raspberry pi. this is hardcoded, and i'll switch it back as soon as dan upgrades it

this was when I was upgrading tor on the server our cwtch is hosted on. Should be all good now. This does hilight that saying there is "no central server" used in hide-n-seek isn't 100% accurate -_-;
