Make "unlock profiles" more obvious #28

A few people have been tripped up by Cwtch not showing encrypted profiles when they reboot the app - this is by design, but we should make it more obvious than they have to "unlock" these profiles through the button on the manage profiles screen, and entering a password.

we could have a floating tool tip like the current one about making a profile that says "or unlock" and has a small unlock icon to help draw their attention to it?
