The truth is I'm not very familiar with the technology, I read that you could change the profile photo with the pink pencil that appears next to the photo, but none appears to me. Also, can I use the same account on two devices at the same time?

I read that you could change the profile photo with the pink pencil that appears next to the photo, but none appears to me.

This feature requires opting into the Profile Images experiment (in Settings) (see https://docs.cwtch.im/docs/settings/experiments/image-previews-and-profile-pictures and https://docs.cwtch.im/docs/profiles/change-profile-image for more information)

Also, can I use the same account on two devices at the same time?

No, this is because Cwtch profiles are backed by Tor V3 Onion Services which can only be hosted by a single client at a time (Attempting to be online with the same profile on two different devices will resulting in conflicting introduction points and different contacts will effectively be routed to different devices).

If you don't know experiments, you don't know to look in there. There isn't really a "0 to hero" few bulletpoints on https://docs.cwtch.im/docs/category/getting-started which I might have expected. E.g. "some typical UI stuff you'd expect needs to be unlocked in experiments".

And I don't ses a "FAQ" or "known limitations" in the docs? Although I felt like that existed but maybe I'm misremembering. That could have a point on the multiple device support?
