Add yaml loading of themes
convert themes to yaml
also minnor boot speed fix with delayed
removed superfulous return from gobmobile Start

notes:
themes can refer to named colors in prior stanzas but cannot refer to a named color from their own stanza

future: themes probably need to actually each have a directory so they have also have image assests that are just named relationally to the theme file in the theme directory
